For using the Romanian (Română) Language Pack, you need to Install an AppsTechs keyboard first, and then select the Romanian language from the keyboard settings.To enter the keyboard settings, long press on the Enter button and then press on Languages.Please note that you can long press on letters to get more alphabet characters!
